Our Creativity First Aid Kits are art and poetry supply kits meant to inspire.  We believe everyone has an important story to tell, and we hope these can help them get started. 

Love Letters are another form of #artlostonpurpose, and they often contain pieces of art, or poetry, or both.  One series of them, for example, featured poetry by Rumi and photography by @stephen_berger

Public spaces and events make great opportunities to involve people in our project.  Here are some of the locations we've lost art and kits. 

These are some of the pieces created to be lost in public spaces.  We consider them gifts freely given and hope they end up where they belong, inspire the finder, or at least brighten someone's day

Poetry Paper Airplanes have become one of our favorite forms of Art Lost on Purpose.  They are visually appealing, full of beautiful language, and fun to make.  They are also playful and fun to "lose."

Though we are not necessarily invested in the outcome, it is always nice to know when our art or kits have been found and what's become of them!  Thanks to those of you who share.

Prayer flags are believed to bring happiness, long life, and prosperity to those who create them.  When they are hung outside, their sentiments dissolve into the wind and spread to all whom the wind touches.
